1. Who may use it
The offer is for a dental organization. The person who starts a plan must be able to bind that organization and must be 18 or older. Patients do not buy care, a diagnosis, or an appointment on this website.
2. What the clerk does
The service drafts a chart section, a consent flag, and a next-visit reminder from a note the practice supplies. A draft can be wrong. A clinician reviews it. An unsigned reminder is not sent. The publisher is not a medical device maker and does not practice dentistry through this site.
3. Plans and the first 14 days
Operatory is $64 a month. Clinic is $158 a month. Group is quoted before any invoice. The first 14 days after a file room is opened are not billed. A paid plan renews monthly until you stop the next invoice. Taxes may be added. Prices on the plans page are the ones that apply when you start.
4. Acceptable use
Do not upload notes you have no right to process, attempt to break the service, or use drafts as if they were a clinician’s unreviewed diagnosis. You are responsible for the seats you invite.
5. Ending a plan
You may stop the next renewal from the billing page or by email to [email protected] before the renewal date. We may suspend a file room that is not paid, that breaks these terms, or that puts the service at risk. The refund policy describes the 12-business-day review of the first paid charge.
6. Intellectual property
The site text, layout, and mark belong to the publisher or its licensors. Notes you upload stay yours. You give the publisher a limited right to process them to provide the file room.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The public site and the drafts are provided as available. We do not warrant that a draft is complete or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, the publisher’s liability for a claim about the service is limited to the fees you paid for the plan in the three months before the claim. The law of some places does not allow that limit; in those places the limit applies only as far as it may.
8. Law
California law governs these terms, without its conflict-of-law rules. Courts in San Diego County, California, are the venue, unless a law that cannot be waived says otherwise.
