What a draft is
A draft is one visit note placed into a chart section, with any consent flag and the reminder text. A clinician’s signature is not included in the count until the person accepts the slip. Unused drafts do not roll into the next month.
Stopping
Stop the next invoice from the billing page or by email to [email protected] before the renewal date. Access continues through the paid period. The refund policy covers the first paid charge for 12 business days.
