The unpaid start
The first 14 days of a file room are not charged. There is nothing to refund for that window. If you do not start Operatory, Clinic, or a quoted Group plan, the window ends and no invoice is created.
The first paid charge
You may ask for a refund of the first paid monthly charge if your email reaches [email protected] within 12 business days of that charge. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. The desk confirms by email and returns the charge to the original payment method. Access to the paid file room ends when the refund is approved.
Later months
After those 12 business days, a month that has started is not refunded. Stop the following invoice before its renewal date and you will not be billed for the next month. Unused drafts are not credited in cash.
Group quotes
A Group setup fee, if one is written into the quote, is refundable only if the setup week has not started and you cancel in writing. Monthly Group fees follow the same 12-business-day rule for the first paid charge, unless the quote says a different window.
