The Art of Dentistry (“the publisher”) operates Neuralbioscience at neuralbioscience.com from 2840 5th Ave, Ste 300, San Diego, CA 92103. This policy covers the public website and a file room a dental organization opens. It does not cover a practice’s own patient-chart vendor.
1. Information you give us
Request forms ask for a name, a work email, the practice or group, a phone number, and the message you type. A file room later holds visit notes, chart-section drafts, consent flags, reminder drafts, and the file log. The sign-in form on this marketing site asks only for a work email so we can send a one-time link. We do not collect a password on these pages.
2. Information collected automatically
The host may log an IP address, browser type, the page requested, the time, and the referring address. If you allow analytics or advertising cookies, those providers may receive similar technical data. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
3. How we use information
We use it to answer the San Diego desk, open or bill a file room, send a sign-in link, prepare chart drafts for that practice, keep the service available, see whether a page is used, measure advertising you allowed, and meet tax and legal duties. A visit note is processed to draft that practice’s chart section, flag, and reminder. We do not sell visit notes. We do not use one practice’s notes to fill another practice’s file room.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information for money. We share it with vendors that host the site, send email, or take a payment; with Google if you allow analytics or ads cookies; with an advisor who is bound to keep it confidential; with a buyer if the publisher is sold; and with a government office when the law requires it.
5. Cookies
Essential storage remembers the choice you make in the banner. Analytics and advertising cookies remain off until you accept them. The footer link “Cookie choices” reopens that panel.
6. California requests
A California resident may ask us to confirm, correct, or delete personal information, except for records we must keep for billing, security, or law. You may opt out of sale or sharing as the CCPA uses those words. We do not sell personal information for money. Email [email protected] or write to the San Diego address. We will not treat you differently for asking. An authorized agent may write for you if the agent shows permission.
7. GDPR, where it applies
Where the GDPR applies, you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, or a portable copy, and you may complain to a supervisory authority. Write to [email protected]. We rely on steps you ask us to take before a contract, the contract itself, legitimate interests in running and securing the desk, and consent for non-essential cookies.
8. Retention
A sales message is kept while we reply and for a short archive afterward. Invoices stay for the period tax rules require. File-room content stays while the practice keeps the room, then is deleted or de-identified on a reasonable schedule unless a dispute or a statute says otherwise.
9. Security
This site is meant to be served over HTTPS. Seats in a file room are limited to people the practice invites. No method of transmission or storage is perfect.
10. Children
The desk sells to dental organizations and expects the person writing to be 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children on these pages. If you believe a child sent a form, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
11. International processing
The publisher is in the United States. Vendors may process information in the United States or in other countries where they operate.
12. Changes
If this page changes in a material way, we change the date at the top. The text at this URL is the current policy.
